Webhook event types

Pick these when you add an endpoint, or choose * for all of them (see Webhooks). The API lists the same values at GET /webhooks/event-types, and the API reference shows each event’s body.

Voice	voice.call.completed, trunk.down, trunk.up
Billing	invoice.issued, invoice.paid, invoice.voided, payment.received, payment.succeeded, payment.failed, payment.reversed
PPPoE realms	data.realm.approved, data.realm.rejected
Orders	order.statusChanged, order.appointmentRequired, order.ntdFull
Services	service.provisioned, service.suspended, service.resumed, service.disconnected
Appointments	appointment.booked, appointment.rescheduled, appointment.cancelled
Network outages	outage.opened, outage.updated, outage.closed

order.appointmentRequired and order.ntdFull mean an order placed through POST /data/orders is waiting for you: it needs an appointment, or a port because the NTD is full. Answer with PATCH /data/orders/{orderId} within 7 days or the order is cancelled.
